I'm amazed at Tristar's ability to handle large classes while still providing individual attention to each student. The classes are challenging yet the instructors make them fun. Not only do we receive physical lessons but they teach the History of the moves and why they work so well. I've learned more about how to defend myself in nine months at Tristar than I did in three years of another martial art. The instructors are the best I've ever worked with.

I joined Tristar in March of 2004. The staff has always been outstanding, not only in their teaching, but also in the care and concern that they display for each individual who joins. It truly is a family environment, and joining was a very good decision on my part.
